Zewail City launched a new School of Business - 2023
Zewail City of Science, Technology and Innovation declared the launching of a new School of Business to be included to the University of Science & Technology, which has received the Supreme Council of Universities approval.
The new School of Business will start to accept the freshmen batches of high school graduates and their equivalent foreign certificates to start its new academic year by the end of September, 2023.

Where innovation based on scientific research is transformed into economical projects through patents and other forms of intellectual property, which contributes to increasing the projects of entrepreneurs. This direction matches with the global trends taken by most international universities in their paths toward increasing science and the knowledge-based economy productivity, which is a promising market.
In the same context, Dr. Mahmoud Abd Rabou, The Acting Executive President of Zewail City, said that the city's board of directors, as well as the board of trustees, including its huge scientific experiences, headed by H.E.Dr. Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, applying a high level of importance to launch the new business school after launching the School of Computational Science, and Artificial Intelligence last academic year, that's led to an integrated educational system in parallel to the science, and Engineering paths.
These interdisciplinary studies allow our young generations to be different, and unique in the market to change it with the real concept of Knowledge-Based Economy with a distinctive professional academic track.
The New Business School affords differentiated learning experiences in the following disciplines:
-Actuarial Analysis and Risk Management
-Finance and Investment Management
-Marketing, Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management
-Operations, Supply Chains and Technology Management.
The University of Science, and Technology is opening now for Egyptian and Arab students who can apply for the different majors through the official website, or the direct visit to the university campus.
It's worthy to mention University of Science and Technology has six graduated batches from the School of Science and five batches from the School of Engineering. Nearly 40% of our graduates were able to obtain full scholarships to study master's and Ph.D. degrees with high ranked international universities, and the employment rate for the city’s graduates reached 90% in the first three months after graduation, which exceeded the global employment rate which is 60% in the six months after graduation.
The University of Science and Technology in Zewail City also maintained the Egyptian universities’ first and tenth ranking among the Arab Universities for the second consecutive year based on the Times Higher Education (THE) announcement, despite its recent journey which started 10 years ago, beside that the UST topped between the Egyptian universities in the international publications publishing rates, and Zewail students won lots of regionally, and internationally competitions vs others from all over the globe.
