Nature Middle East highlights a study published by the team of Center for Theoretical Physics at Zewail City
A new study published in The Journal of Cosmology and Astroparticle Physics (JCAP) by Dr. Ahmed Farag Ali, Assistant professor at Center for Theoretical Physics (CTP) and Dr. Adel Awad, Former Associate Professor -at the same Center, has been highlighted by Nature Middle East (NME).
In the study titled “Nonsingular rainbow universes”, the researchers adopt the gravity rainbow theory, which suggests that the path of light can change according to its frequency. Through their calculations tracing the paths of light and matter back to 13.8 billion years ago, the researchers suggest that there was no Big Bang, but that the Universe kept getting smaller at a much slower rate, never reaching a single point of density.
