Zewail City Sustainability Development Goals Report

The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are a universal call to action by all countries to end poverty, protect the planet, and improve the lives and prospects of everyone, everywhere.

The 17 Goals were adopted by all United Nations Member States in 2015, as part of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. They recognize that ending poverty and other deprivations must go hand-in-hand with strategies that improve health and education, reduce inequality, and spur economic growth, all while tackling climate change and working to preserve our oceans and forests.
